WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
Depending on the value of your order, you may need to pay customs and import duties. If your package is subject to it, the person who receives the package is responsible for covering these costs. For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, to be paid to the DHL carrier upon receipt of the package.

RETURN WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Items must be returned within 30 days (15 days during sales) of receipt of your order. This must be returned intact to the following address:

• Please complete the form you receive in your package (order number and references of returned items) • You must not have worn or washed the items.
• Cosmetics, jewellery or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. • All item labels must still be attached to it.
• All returns are made at your expense. However, you must keep your proof of shipment until receipt of your refund, in case your order is lost on the way to Miss June.
• Miss June will refund items returned within 7 days. Return conditions for the rest of the world (outside the EU): If you want to return an order, you must contact our customer service by sending an email to email@example.com and request a credit invoice. This credit invoice must be attached to the order to be able to accept it.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns without a credit invoice will not be accepted! Have you received a damaged product or a product complaint? These items cannot be sent as a regular return package, but must be reported to customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
