Si votre colis y est soumis, la personne qui reçoit le colis est tenue de couvrir ces coûts. Deliveries are made between 8AM and 9PM.

Once the order has been validated, you can track its progress using the tracking number on your account in the 'My orders' tab, or by e-mail.

Once the parcel has been delivered to our carriers, we cannot be held responsible for its theft or loss. In this case, please contact the carrier with your tracking number in order to open an investigation into the routing of your parcel.

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to change your mind. Please return all items in their original packaging.

To simplify exchanges, please send us your return details and proof of dispatch on your ticket and we will check for you.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation message containing your order number. Once our team has processed your order, you will receive a second e-mail informing you that it has been dispatched.
