Mr Shay Abourmad, domiciled at the said head office,
That it recognises that Brod'styl International is the owner of the following exclusive and absolute intellectual property rights :
- The brands "Miss June" and "Miss June Paris" (hereinafter the "Brands").
- The copyrights and designs on the products distributed under the Brands.
- The copyrights on the photographs reproduced in the catalogue following the transfer agreed between the photographer and Brod'styl International.
And undertakes not to copy, reproduce or disseminate, on any material or immaterial support (including, but not limited to, its website and also to networks such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter), either the creations of Miss June Paris brands or the Photographs reproduced in the catalogue.
It is essential to have received prior written and signed authorisation from Brod'styl International for the duration of the protection of the rights set out above.
The client acknowledges that any copy, reproduction or dissemination of these elements may result in legal action by Brod'styl International.
