Return conditions for the European Union:
If you wish to return an item that does not suit you:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please include in your parcel either your invoice or a document stating your first and last name, order number (9 letters) and the references of the returned items. Place this document with the concerned items in their original pouch or in the pouch provided. (Please keep your Miss June box, even in case of a return.)
Items must be returned within 15 days following receipt of your order. The order must be returned intact.
If you wish to return an order, you must contact our customer service by sending an email via customer service.
The return will be refused if the item can no longer be sold (damaged, used, or stained). The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the garment tag, padding, and belt.
You must not have worn or washed the items.
Beauty products, jewelry, or swimsuits cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Due to their contact with intimate areas, simply trying on or using these items does not allow for a refund.
All item tags must still be attached.

* Miss June will process the refund for returned items within 10 business days after receiving your parcel at our offices.

Did you receive a damaged product or have a claim regarding a product? These items cannot be sent back as a regular return parcel and must be reported to customer service via customer service.
For our U.S. customers, you can now return your items to our local address in the United States, making the return process easier:

For the rest of the world, unfortunately we cannot offer free return service.

If you wish to return an order, you must contact our customer service team by sending an email to customer service.
For customers who placed an order with DHL Express, you may also benefit from free returns (*excluding promotional periods and the Sample Sales category). However, you must email customer service so our team can generate a return label.
Print the return label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at a drop-off point.
If you choose to use another carrier for your return from France, return shipping costs are at your expense. Please return your items using a standard tracked service.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage until you receive your refund, in case your order is lost on its way back to Miss June.
- EUROPEAN UNION
Returns within the European Union for the following countries: Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Monaco, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Sweden, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia. (*excluding promotional periods and the Sample Sales category)

- INTERNATIONAL
For the rest of the world, unfortunately we cannot offer free returns. The return must be made at your expense with the carrier of your choice.

If you have not received a refund within 10 business days after returning the items, please contact us at customer service by sending us the shipping proof information on your ticket and we will check for you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
You will be notified by email as soon as we process your package.
