Return Policy for the European Union:
If you wish to return an item that does not suit you:
Fill in the returns form included in your parcel with the item you wish to return, indicate your order number, tick the reason for return and place it with the items concerned in its original bag or in the bag provided (Keep your Miss June box even in case of return).
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order. It must be returned intact to the following address:

Returns will be refused if the item is no longer saleable (damaged, used or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the garment label, bottom and belt.
You must not have worn or washed the items.
Beauty products, jewelry, or swimsuits cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Due to their contact with intimate areas, simply wearing or using these items does not allow for a refund.
All item tags must still be attached.
During promotional periods, return costs borne by the customer.
* Miss June will refund returned items within 10 working days of receipt in our offices.
Return conditions for the rest of the world (non-EU):
If you wish to return an order, you must contact our customer service department by sending an email to customer service.
Have you received a damaged product or a product complaint? These items cannot be sent as regular return parcels, but must be reported to customer service via customer service.
For our U.S. customers, you can now return your items to our local U.S. address, simplifying the return process:

Returns are free in France for orders over €150.(*excluding promotional periods and Category Sample Sales)
For customers who have placed an order with Standard Colissimo or Mondial Relay delivery in France, you can generate your returns slip directly from your profile by following the instructions below:
‘My account' > 'Returns Colissimo'. Then download the return label and stick it on your parcel.
For customers with a minimum order of €150, you can also benefit from free returns with DHL Express.
However, you'll need to send an e-mail to customer service so that our team can generate a return slip.
Print out the return label, stick it on the parcel and drop it off at a depot.
If you wish to use another carrier for your return from France, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please return your items using a standard service with tracking.
We advise you to keep your proof of dispatch until you receive your refund, in case your order gets lost on the way to Miss June.
- EUROPEAN UNION
Returns are free in Europe for orders over €200 in the following countries: Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Monaco, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Sweden, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia. (*excluding promotional periods and category Sample Sales)
For customers who have placed an order of at least €200 with Standard Colissimo delivery, you can generate your returns slip directly from your profile by following the instructions below:

We are very sorry that you have received a faulty item! Please contact our customer service department with a photo of the faulty item and your order number at customer service.
If you haven't received a refund within 10 working days of returning the items, please contact us at customer service with the proof-of-shipment information on your ticket and we'll check for you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order to receive the item of your choice
You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your parcel is processed.
