Return Policy for the European Union:

If you wish to return an item that does not suit you:

Please include in your package either your invoice or a document mentioning your full name, order number (9 letters), and the references of the returned items. Place this document with the relevant items in their original bag or the provided bag. (Keep your Miss June box, even in case of a return.)

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order. It must be returned intact to the following address:

Returns will be refused if the item is no longer saleable (damaged, used or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the garment label, bottom and belt.

You must not have worn or washed the items.

Beauty products, jewelry, or swimsuits cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Due to their contact with intimate areas, simply wearing or using these items does not allow for a refund.

All item tags must still be attached.

During promotional periods, return costs borne by the customer.

* Miss June will refund returned items within 10 working days of receipt in our offices.

Have you received a damaged product or a product complaint? These items cannot be sent as regular return parcels, but must be reported to customer service via customer service.

Returns are also free for deliveries made with Colissimo and DHL Economy.*

We are very sorry that you have received a faulty item! Please contact our customer service department with a photo of the faulty item and your order number at customer service.

If you haven't received a refund within 10 working days of returning the items, please contact us at customer service with the proof-of-shipment information on your ticket and we'll check for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order to receive the item of your choice
