The contrast carries the piece: deep black, and an embroidered front panel that catches the light as soon as you move. The Louison dress falls straight to the ankle with no excess volume. Easy to pull on, steady enough to hold an evening.
Fluid viscose, embroidery and pompom ties
The viscose gives that soft drape that follows movement without clinging. Embroidery sits on the front panel and comes back on the cuffs and across the back. The V-neck closes with two ties finished with small pompoms, a handmade detail we keep season after season. The 3/4 sleeves leave the wrist free and a matching belt is included.
Two ways to wear it once it turns cool
A cropped fine-knit jumper on top, the belt tied over the knit, tall boots below: the dress becomes a base layer rather than an evening piece. Or a slim long-sleeved top underneath to carry on from the 3/4 sleeves, a poncho over the shoulders and opaque tights.

One size (S/M), FR 36 to 40, UK 8 to 12, US 4 to 8. Total length 140 cm, sleeves 55 cm, chest 54 cm (measured flat, garment laid out). Model Pauline is 172 cm tall. The belt lets you mark a high waist or leave the dress falling straight.
Care
A dry cleaner, and nothing else. The dry cleaning the house recommends is gentle on the embroidery threads, which a harsher treatment would eventually pull. Keep the piece on a wide hanger, out of the light.
